  I saw the negative reviews about the service but not the taste, so we thought to give it a go anyway. Why? Close, sick of chains, and I have picky little kids. And damn, it was delicious! Best in Pasco. And the service was good and on time. Also an impressive menu.

  I never ordered a pizza over the phone and had a company lie to me over the prices for their special. The extra large pizza for 13.99 is always advertised out front of their building every time you drive by for the last 10y. But when you call to ask about the special they want to act like they don't know anything about the special outside and then blames it on the owners. Saying they come and always take down the sign and then come and put back up the sign all the time. That makes you feel crazy like you never saw the special driving by when there's a lot of better specials at other places. But then when I showed up I realized the sign was right out front of their building window the whole time they were taking my order over the phone. I just don't understand why they're so rude when taking your order and picking up your order. At the moment I would call this place a hole in the wall until the managers or owners teach their employees customer service or put some money back into the business. 1 star.
